Introduction
we are a part of the Holistic Health Care foundation (HHF).
HHF is an NGO working with a mission and vision. As an
organisation we have a dream to see the humanity free from
grief and misery where peace prosperity and happiness
prevail forever. We understand that it is herculion job to
achieve that state of total liberation for the humanity at
large. Here, we strongly believe that million miles long
journey starts in front of legs. We are quite optimistic
that one day we will be able to create a wave of people who
think globally and act locally to serve the humanity better.
In this great mission we are propogating ancient yet
scientific wisdom which can bring light of hope to everyone.
We have dream vision to see everyone healthy in holistic
manner. As we believe health is sum of physical, mental,
emotional, socio- economical and spiritual well being. Thus
it can be called holistic health.

(A) theyogaguru.com www.theyogaguru.com is the website of HHF to reach upto the
people and to let people know about our activities.
(B) The Yogaguru Studio We are running the yogaguru studios to teach people about
yogic science. It is scientifically proved that yoga is the
effective tool to help people to have fitness, flexibility,
strength, stamina, better memory power, sharp mind,
increased working efficiency and health. We have started yoga Studio from Delhi and NCR and
establishing it's chain all over the world.
(C) Uplift the village Villages are the place where people are living like animals
life. It needs proper attention and contribution from
privilaged group of people. There is another side of truth
that a few people are enjoying the luxuries and most of the
people are dying of starvation. It is the time when we need
to contemplate seriously and take right action to improve
the situation other wise it will create uncurable wound and
we will have nothing but to regret. So we have taken
initiation to contribute for the cause of villagers.
(D) Help the helpless In this age of science and technology the whole universe is
on the verge of becoming a global village. It is painful to
see the bitter fact that there are millions of people who
have no one to shoulder or encourage, help, motivate, and
guide them with love. It is even more painful that most of
them are minor orphans. Holistic Healthcare Foundation has self taken a mission to
uplift their life from hell to place in heaven. We are very
hopefull for the co-operation of people from different walks
of life in this humanitarian mission.
(E) Help aged people Most of the old aged and sinior citizens are being treated
as the liabilities. We must not forget that we are able to
stand here just because of their untiring effort. They
infact are saving account of experiences from we can get
benefits in every walk of life. Only thing needed is proper
treatment, so that they become able to provide the key of
life which they have learnt from experiences.
Sometimes they may irritate but we should not forget their
condition that they were free bird earlier and now are in
prison because of physical limitation.
We are working in old aged homes to serve old aged people.
We teach them yoga, meditation and make them active which
they enjoy most. We heal their problems and encourage to
live happy life. It is great and glorious feeling. we have
in return after serving them they give blessing with
tearfull eyes which is heart touching moment. we have taken
pledge within to serve better in this global village. we
invite all of you to join hands with us to move together not
one after another. so that, we will be able to achieve a
glory for all.
