Home Remedies For Heart Problems

Heart Attack

Tips-1: Take 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder everyday.

Heart Burn

Tips-1: Add 1 tablespoon mint leaves to 1 cup water and take twice or thrice a day.

Heart Pain

Tips-1: Boil 1/2 teaspoon sandalwood powder in 1 cup water. Drink thrice daily.

Heart Palpitation

Tips-1: Boil 1/4 teaspoon powdered cardamom seeds in tea water and drink.

Heart Weakness

Tips-1: Regular intake of ripe bananas strengthens the heart.

Angina Pectoris

Tips-1: Thoroughly mix 2 teaspoons almond oil with 1 teaspoon rose oil. Rub gently on the chest in the morning and evening.

Tips-2: Boil 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds in 1/2 cup of water. Strain and add 2 teaspoons of honey. Take twice daily.

Heart Troubles

Tips-1: Tulsi is very effective to cure all sorts of heart troubles. Since it controls blood pressure and keeps blood clean, its regular consumption prevents heart attacks.

For special tonic for heart, prepare the medicine in the following way: Take about 1 gm. dried powder of Tulsi leaves, add 3gm of the powder of Arjun tree and mix even amount of honey. Now either churn or mix them till the solution is fully homogeneous. Take about 1 gm. of this paste, add a little more of honey and lick it at least thrice a day, preferable early in the morning as the first thing, an hour after lunch and as the last thing before your retiring for the day.

Tips-2: Eat 1/4 teaspoon asafetida (Hing) along with one large raisin (Munakka) everyday.
